Oven Baked Bacon

Okay, so maybe I'm the last one on the planet to figure this out, but did you know you could bake bacon? I've always hated cooking bacon on the stove - time consuming, hate the grease splatters, etc. And I've never gotten it crisp enough in the microwave. I usually use the ready-made bacon you can microwave, but that stuff is expensive. So I read somewhere that you can bake it and so I tried it and it works perfect!!! You can do a lot at once, don't have to tend to it, and no grease splatters. Just delicious, crisp, wonderful bacon. :)

Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with foil. Place the bacon flat on the foil without overlapping the pieces. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crisp and drain on paper towels.

OMG that's wonderful! I will have to try it as my kids love bacon but I'm with you, I had the dealing with the grease.
