"Stroken' Off"

The name of this came from pure fun between my husband and I. This is my version of strognoff. It's quick and easy and the whole family loves it when I make it.

1lb Ground Beef
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom
8oz of sour cream
Egg Noodles
Black Pepper for taste

Brown ground beef. Once drained the grease, add some black pepper and cream of mushroom. Keep on low heat while noodles are boiling. Approx. 5min before noodles are ready, add sour cream to beef mixture and mix well. While mixing, add more black pepper. (This calls for a good bit of black pepper.)
Serve beef mixture over noodles.
