Spinach Artichoke Dip
I'm a huge fan of spinach artichoke dips. I love this recipe cuz it literally takes minutes to make and I always have all the ingredients on hand.
8 oz cream cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed & drained, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Microwave cream cheese on high for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Microwave on high an additional 2-3 minutes until hot. Serve with chips or toasted bread.
