Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
These are so quick and simple to make .... and very addicting! I like them with just cream cheese, but you could also add crumbled sausage or bacon, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, herbs, etc.
Wash mushrooms and pull out the stems. Fill each with softened cream cheese. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes until they start juicing and are heated through. Broil for and additional 5 minutes to get the cheese a little brown. Enjoy!
