Chicken Broccoli Casserole


This is a yummy casserole! I usually make two and stick one in the freezer for later. We like it served over rice.

2 chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
2 cups cooked broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Spread chicken in the bottom of an 8x8 pan and season w/salt and pepper. Add the broccoli on top of that. Mix the soup and sour cream and pour over the chicken & broccoli. Next sprinkle on the cheese. Mix the melted butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
