A little advanced preparation makes this a handy quick lunch to grab from the freezer when you are short on time!!
1 lb bacon, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can Klik/prm meat, grated
1 lb sharp cheese, grated
1 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
1 can pieces & stems mushrooms (optional)
Basil, oregano, pepper, salt to taste
Fry bacon and onions. Mix all ingredients in with onion and bacon. Mix until cheese melts. Spread thin onto cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 6 to 8 mins. Cut into squares sized to fit on a hamburger bun. Put into a freezer safe container and freeze. When ready to use, place a square on open face of hamburger bun. Bake in preheated 350F oven until bubbly.
